Booking & Retainers
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure all sessions. This is 50% of your $280 creative fee.
The retainer is applied toward the total session fee. Because availability is limited, retainers are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Rescheduling
Life happens — I allow one reschedule with a minimum of 72 hours notice.
If someone is sick we will move your session to a later date.
Repeated rescheduling will result in session cancellation.
Cancellations
Client cancellations result in forfeiture of the retainer. If you choose to cancel your session entirely, a new booking and retainer will be required to rebook.
Late Arrivals
Sessions begin at the scheduled time. Clients arriving late will be photographed for the remaining session time only. Sessions are not extended. Arrivals more than 30 minutes late will be considered a no-show and the session may be canceled.
No-Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled session without communication results in full forfeiture of the retainer and requires a new booking to continue.
Client Preparation
Clients are responsible for arriving prepared and ready to photograph:
Outfits steamed | Children fed and rested | Hair/makeup completed | All participants ready at session start time. Preparation guides are provided to support you—please review them carefully.
Image Selection & Delivery
Final galleries are delivered within one week of purchase.
All purchased images include professional editing.
Payments
Due to the custom nature of photography, all sales are final.
Children & Safety
A parent or legal guardian must remain present and responsible for all minors at all times.
Safety is prioritized over any image. We are unable to provide childcare during sessions.
Please watch your children at all times.
Illness Policy
If you or your child are visibly ill, please reschedule.
This protects other clients, newborns, and the studio environment.
Model Release
The studio reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and publication unless a privacy request is submitted in writing prior to your session. This excludes boudoir sessions.
If you would like your session kept private please inform your photographer.
No boudoir sessions are ever shares without prior written consent.
Photographer Cancellation
In the rare event that we must cancel due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control,
you will be offered: a rescheduled session or a full refund of retainer. Liability is limited to the amount paid.
The studio is not responsible for cancellations due to events outside reasonable control (weather emergencies, natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).
Communication
Studio hours are listed on the website. Email response time is 24-48 hours,
we are a small business so there can be delays.
Messages are answered during business hours only to protect creative workflow and client experience.
If you call during work hours and do not receive a response we are likely in a session and will call you back as soon as possible.
Time Limits
Sessions are thoughtfully scheduled for up to 90 minutes; however, most sessions are completed well before that. Our guided approach keeps things relaxed, efficient, and enjoyable. Newborn sessions are scheduled for 120 minutes. (additional time charged in 15 minute intervals $55)
Right to refuse service
The studio reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if a situation compromises safety, respect,
or the ability to deliver quality work. No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.

Agreement
Booking your session confirms that you have read, understood,
and agreed to all studio policies and pricing.
