Before your visit
Please review the booking and studio guidelines before reserving your session.
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure all sessions. The retainer is $200 including HST and is credited toward your session total.
The retainer is applied toward the total session fee. Because availability is limited, retainers are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Life happens — we allow one reschedule with a minimum of 72 hours notice.
If someone is sick we will move your session to a later date.
Repeated rescheduling will result in session cancellation.
Client cancellations result in forfeiture of the retainer. If you choose to cancel your session entirely, a new booking and retainer will be required to rebook.
Sessions begin at the scheduled time. Clients arriving late will be photographed for the remaining session time only. Sessions are not extended. Arrivals more than 30 minutes late will be considered a no-show.
We are extremely strict on late arrivals as we want to insure that no one else is affected. There is a $55 late fee if you are more than 25 minutes.
Failure to attend a scheduled session without communication results in full forfeiture of the retainer and requires a new booking to continue.
Clients are responsible for arriving prepared and ready to photograph:
Outfits steamed | Children fed and rested | Hair/makeup completed | All participants ready at session start time. Preparation guides are provided to support you—please review them carefully.
Due to the custom nature of photography, all sales are final.
A parent or legal guardian must remain present and responsible for all minors at all times.
We are unable to provide childcare during sessions. Please watch your children at all times.
If you or your child are visibly ill, please reschedule.
This protects other clients, newborns, and the studio environment.
The studio reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and publication unless a privacy is requested at your session. If you would like your session kept private please inform your photographer. This excludes boudoir sessions. No boudoir sessions are ever shared without prior written consent.
In the rare event that we must cancel due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control,
you will be offered: a rescheduled session or a full refund of retainer. Liability is limited to the amount paid.
Studio hours are listed on the website. Email response time is 24-48 hours,
we are a small business so there can be delays.
Sessions are thoughtfully scheduled for up to 3 hours; however, most sessions are completed well before that. Our guided approach keeps things relaxed, efficient, and enjoyable. Newborn sessions are scheduled for up to 3 hours. We do not always use all of the session time. Some sessions are super fast and some take time. It depends on many factors such as number of outfits, number of sets wanted, number of people, etc.
The studio reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if a situation compromises safety, respect,
or the ability to deliver quality work. No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.

We are professionals, we do not allow any personal cameras or recording devices in the studio.
We've got the moment covered, you just enjoy it. Taking personal photographs or videos in our studio will result in session cancelation without refund.
